I love how the game gives character to the majority of the bosses; that shitty feeling you have when you realise Qualaag was just trying to cure her sister, or that Ornstein is protecting the ghost of a city, and don't even get me STARTED on Artorias....Even the freakin' Four Kings had a backstory, and you can feel sorry for even THEM. It almost makes your only motif for fighting being want to put the bosses out of their miserable excuses for lives!

It's a really well thought-out game. I really liked the idea that none of the bosses you fight are at their prime, Gwyn being a good example.

Fantastic. Ornstein has got to be one of the best characters. Not as good as Lady of the Darkling... but still great (yes this is a thinly veiled request).

Also a small observation: Ornstein's helmet is designed so that the wearer looks through the mouth not the eyes kinda like a German frog helm.

I know but I intentionally made the helmet that way. Looks a bit derpy with that long neck of his, I prefer it like this.
